We will check the matter with the postal services and if they are not able to resolve the problem on their own, we will send you a replacement or refund your payment at your request. Refund procedure time depends on your bank’s transaction processing time and takes approximately 5-7 days.<br><br>
Please mind: disputing a charge (also called ‘charge-back’) without contacting the merchant first is treated as credit card fraud. Both the credit card and the holder details (name, address, IP address, e-mail address) will be blacklisted and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division) and FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division).
